Referral process for medical / rehabilitation patient admissions
We work in partnership with General Practitioners, specialists and key service providers to treat people suffering with a comprehensive range of medical illnesses and rehabilitation requirements.
Does your patient need a medical or rehabilitation admission? Does your patient have either private health insurance, DVA, WorkCover or the ability to self fund their admission? If yes, here are the ways you can submit a referral to our hospital.
- Email referral letter with an up-to-date medication list to mky.admissions@aurorahealth.com.au
- Fax the completed referral to 07 4942 841
- Complete our online GP/Specialist referral form
Our admissions team will arrange an admitting consultant and confirm patient's admission
